Using Paidflow
You must be legally able to enter a contract, provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use connected services only where you have authority and a lawful basis. You are responsible for activity by members you invite and for assigning appropriate access.
Business data and instructions
Your business controls the customer, lead, meeting, and commerce data it submits or connects. You authorize Paidflow to process that data to provide enabled features and confirm that your instructions, notices, permissions, and collection methods comply with applicable law. Paidflow does not acquire ownership of your business data.
Connected services
Marketplace, social, email, payment, and meeting providers remain governed by their own terms. You authorize Paidflow to access and process the data required for the features you enable.
AI output
AI summaries, lead scores, drafts, and insights can be incomplete or wrong. Review material decisions, proposals, invoices, and customer communications before relying on or sending them.
Meeting recording and transcription
Before sending the Paidflow Notetaker, the organizer must clearly tell every participant that the meeting will be recorded, transcribed, and summarized by AI; state the purpose and relevant sharing or retention; and obtain consent where required. Do not use the notetaker where recording is prohibited or where a participant objects and applicable law requires an alternative.
Billing
Subscriptions renew according to the plan shown at checkout. Introductory first-month pricing does not create a free trial. Taxes and provider processing rules may apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use Paidflow for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling, unsolicited spam, credential abuse, rights infringement, malicious code, prohibited products, or processing data without required notice and lawful authority. Do not use AI scores as the sole basis for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
Service changes and data export
Features can change as connected providers change their APIs or approval rules. You should export records needed for your business before disconnecting or terminating the service. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Paidflow reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations. We may suspend abusive, fraudulent, insecure, or unpaid accounts.
Corporate transactions
Paidflow may disclose or transfer account and workspace data in connection with an IPO, merger, acquisition, financing, or similar corporate transaction, as described in the Privacy Policy. A successor remains bound by these terms or will provide notice and comparable protection.
